🌸 Mindfulness & Tea in the Flower Gardens
Tuesday, August 11
5:00 to 6:30pm
Nooney Farm, Kittery, Maine
For one summer evening, we’ll have the Nooney Farm flower fields all to ourselves. 100% of proceeds support Kittery Land Trust & Nooney Farm.
If you’ve visited the gardens before, you may know the familiar joy of wandering with clippers in hand, wondering which flowers you’ll choose for your bouquet. This evening offers a different way to experience the fields.
Before we pick, we’ll pause.
Join Blue Fern for a private guided mindfulness and tea gathering in the gardens. We’ll move slowly through the flower fields, pausing for simple guided sensory invitations that help you settle into the body, quiet the mind, and notice the gardens anew through color, scent, texture, sound, breath, and movement.
When we slow down and meet a familiar place through the senses, we often begin to notice what we usually pass by: the shape of a petal or leaf, the movement of bees in the breeze, the warmth of the evening air, the feeling the earth.
This experience is gentle, welcoming, and beginner-friendly. You do not need any meditation experience. You simply need a willingness to slow down, wander a little, and let the beauty of the gardens meet you where you are.
We’ll close with a summer-inspired tea sharing time, and each participant will be invited to pick a 10-stem bouquet to take home.
