Mindfulness & Tea in the Flower Gardens is a 90-minute guided experience that invites participants to slow down, settle the mind, and connect with the beauty of the gardens through mindful presence and gentle sensory awareness.
Rooted in nature therapy practices, this restorative session offers space to breathe, notice, and be present with the living world. Benefits may include a calmer nervous system, reduced stress, greater mental clarity, increased creativity, a renewed sense of connection, and the simple joy of spending unhurried time among flowers.
The experience concludes with a shared tea gathering, time to reflect and soak up the beauty of the gardens, and the opportunity to cut your own small 10-stem bouquet to take home.
100% of proceeds benefit Kittery Land Trust and Nooney Farm.
